Kiwi ("we", "us") is an AI operations agent for real-estate teams, built in California and currently in closed early access. This policy covers this website and the early-access list. If your team joins the program, a separate agreement covers how Kiwi handles your team's working data.
1. What we collect on this site
- Early-access form — your name, work email, brokerage or team, market, and what you'd hand off first. You choose to send this to us; we use it to reply and evaluate fit.
- Nothing else. This site sets no cookies and runs no advertising or cross-site tracking. If we enable privacy-respecting, aggregate page analytics later, this page will say so.
2. How we use it
To respond to your request, to schedule a walkthrough of your workflow, and to send occasional updates about Kiwi. Opt out anytime by replying "unsubscribe" to any email from us.
3. Sharing
We do not sell your information. Form submissions are delivered to our team inbox through a form-relay provider, which processes them solely to deliver the message. We share information beyond that only if required by law.
4. If your team joins early access
Kiwi is designed so your data stays under your control: it runs on hardware your team controls, using credentials that stay in your hands, and every client-facing action requires human approval. Specifics — including retention and export — are set out in your agreement before onboarding begins.
5. Retention & your rights
We keep early-access submissions while they're relevant to the program. You can ask us to show, correct, or delete what we hold about you at any time — including rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act — and we'll act within 30 days.
