This service is operated by Kiwi Home Agent LLC, a California limited liability company.
Kiwi ("we", "us") is a real-estate operations assistant. This policy covers this website and its contact form. Use of the Kiwi application and Kiwi for Mac is covered by the Privacy Policy shown inside the application and accepted at signup.
1. What we collect on this site
- Contact form: your name, email, brokerage or team, market, and the question or workflow you submit. We use this information to respond to you and to understand customer requirements.
- Cookies and tracking: this site sets no cookies of its own; our content-delivery provider may set a short-lived security cookie. We use no advertising or cross-site tracking, and this site does not respond to browser Do Not Track signals. This policy will be updated before any analytics are introduced.
2. How we use it
To respond to you, to schedule a walkthrough of your workflow, and to send occasional updates about Kiwi. You may opt out at any time by replying "unsubscribe" to any email from us.
3. Sharing
We do not sell your information. Form submissions are delivered to our team inbox through a form-relay provider, which processes them solely to deliver the message. We share information beyond that only if required by law.
4. If your team uses Kiwi
Kiwi processes your information only to provide the service to your team. Kiwi for Mac is designed to keep work-application logins on the computer that runs Kiwi for your team. Whatever a request requires is processed at your direction and under your approvals, and by using Kiwi you authorize that processing. Content may be processed by our AI model only to perform the work your team requests. We do not sell your information or use one team's information for another team. Kiwi is designed to hold client-facing work for your team's approval before it is sent.
Kiwi requires a computer dedicated only to Kiwi. You are solely responsible for backing up every computer you use with Kiwi, including a dedicated computer. We are not responsible for any data loss or for any damage to any computer or phone you use with Kiwi, or to the files, data, or software on it, even if a dedicated computer is erased, as set out in the Terms. Kiwi operates that computer automatically. Activity by another person or program on the same computer can make results unpredictable, which is why it must not be shared.
5. Connected accounts
Every connection is optional and made by you. Kiwi uses a connected account only to carry out the work you direct, and you may disconnect it at any time. If you connect a Google account, Kiwi's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
6. Retention & your rights
We retain contact-form submissions for as long as they are relevant to responding to you. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information we hold about you at any time, including any rights you have under California privacy law, and we will respond within 45 days.
